Remote Servers in 2 different physical locations

Does anybody here have a HELM remote server in a different physical location ?

We tried doing this once but it did not work out.

Were any one of you able to work it out ?

I searched and found some posts but many of them were unsuccessful.

Is there any reason the license cannot be obtained.

I tried doing this today.

Server A and Server B are at 2 different location.

Server A is not able to add server B as a remote server and gives cannot obtain license error.

However Server B is able to add server A as the remote server and adds it successfully.

Anything you can think of or anything you think I may be missing ?

no it probably wont work due to the reaaons given in the other threads.
Do a search on VPN topics, this is your only possible solution.

I have tested it adding MSSQL database from the server in remote location and it does add the database the remote server.

Thanks, I will try something else and get back.
